come home to yourself
Somatic and trauma-informed therapy for millennial women ready to stop performing and start belonging
Located in Hendersonville, NC and virtually across North Carolina
therapy for the perfectionists and people pleasers
My clients struggle as you do. Despite being capable, empathic, and deeply aware of everyone else’s needs, they’re realizing:
They’ve spent a lifetime becoming who others needed — and somewhere along the way, they lost touch with themselves.
When they first come in, they’re exhausted. Not just from work or parenting or keeping the calendar full — but from holding everything together, all the time.
They’ve been emotionally responsible for everyone else for so long, they’re not sure what it means to just be.
They feel overwhelmed, yet numb. Starved for connection, yet unable to trust others fully. They want closeness, but their nervous system is bracing — always scanning, always preparing.
Rest sounds beautiful… and completely unsafe.
They tell me they worry they’ll never stop overthinking, overdoing, or overgiving. That stillness feels like failure. That they don’t know how to exist without performing, proving, or pleasing.
And underneath it all, they feel painfully alone.
They feel like something must be broken — because despite all their effort, they still feel like they’re on the outside of their own life.
Before they came to see me, many of my clients assumed this disconnection was just who they were now — too anxious to rest, too shut down to reach out, too tired to try.
But what they’re starting to realize is this:
They were never too much. They were just never fully seen.
Like my clients, you deserve to put your healing first — without guilt or apology.
You deserve rest, truth, and real connection — with others, and with yourself.
You deserve to come home to your body and build a life that feels like yours.
If you’re ready to unlearn survival mode, reconnect with what you really need, and soften into a new way of living — I’d be honored to walk that path with you.

My Therapeutic Approach
As a licensed mental health counselor associate and trauma-informed wellness professional, I offer holistic, relational therapy for women who are tired of holding everything together — and ready to finally feel at home in their own lives.
I specialize in working with women who have lived through chronic stress, emotional neglect, and high-functioning burnout. Many of my clients are deep feelers, caregivers, and helpers — the ones who always show up for others, but struggle to ask for help themselves.
You may have spent years people-pleasing, overthinking, and managing everyone else’s emotions. You might have had a tough childhood but never called it trauma — you just learned early on how to adapt, perform, and keep the peace. Now, you’re realizing those patterns are no longer sustainable.
You’ve already done so much work — read the books, listened to the podcasts, maybe even hired a coach. But something still feels stuck. You want deeper healing. You want to feel connected — to your body, your voice, your people, and your own sense of aliveness.
That’s where I come in.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and rooted in deep respect for your story and your nervous system. I combine talk therapy, somatic and body-based approaches, parts work, and attachment theory to help you gently unravel survival patterns and reconnect with the truth of who you are.
I love supporting resilient women who are ready to stop performing and start belonging — to themselves, their bodies, and the life they want to build.
This work is sacred to me. I’m honored to walk alongside women breaking cycles of generational trauma, rewriting their inner narratives, and creating the safety, rest, and joy they never got to fully experience.
If you’re ready to step into this kind of healing, I’d be honored to support you.
-
Individual Therapy
Making the choice to start therapy can be overwhelming for anyone. If you’re ready to dive deeper into your healing journey and receive depth-oriented psychotherapy (not just “quick fixes”) individual sessions are for you.
-
Intensives
If you’re feeling like you want the personalized, in-depth focus individual sessions can bring, but don’t have time every week to commit to therapy, consider an intensive session. These intensives aren’t intense, rather intentional and focused. We focus on safety, nourishment, healing, and embodiment.
-
Group Therapy
Group therapy sessions offer a supportive space to focus on healing in community. The goal is to foster healing and growth by addressing key challenges in a focused, community environment. It’s an opportunity to experience deeper progress and feel supported by others going through similar struggles, creating a sense of connection while you heal.
